First, open your browser’s developer tools.
Here’s how to open them depending on the browser:

In the top menu, click on the Application tab.
In the side menu, select Local Storage, then choose the https://doteteams.com entry underneath it.
When you right-click the menu, you'll see options like the one below.
Click "Clear" to delete the data.
Please make sure the data has been cleared.
